Heat Seal Machines
Heat Seal has specialised in the design, development and manufacture of air handling equipment since 1975. Based in Canada, Igloo Cellulose has selected its machines for blowing, high-density injection and suction of loose-fill insulation.

Heat Seal offers a wide range of machines for installing loose insulation. These carding and blowing machines enable insulation to be blown in (attics, attics) or injected at high density (ceilings, walls, floors).
Heat Seal HS 5000 Shredder Blower
AIR VACUUM: This purge mechanism improves coverage and considerably reduces dust in the attic.
PRODUCTION: Cellulose 117 bags/h (3,500 lb – 1,590 kg), Fibreglass 50 bags/h (2,160 lb – 987 kg), Rock wool 45 bags/h (1,620 lb – 736 kg)
POWER: 22 HP Honda petrol engine with electric start, 20-amp alternator, screw-in oil filter, pressure lubrication, silent exhaust system, stainless steel flexible tubes, 6-gallon fuel tank.
DOUBLE CLUTCHES: Dual electromagnetic clutches allow individual control of air and material flow by remote control. Expected service life of 10 to 15 years.
SAFETY CONTROL: The safety clutch will slip if a foreign object blocks the machine.
POWER CONTROLS: Engine-mounted ignition switch, choke, throttle control and digital tachometer, hour meter.
REMOTE CONTROL: Box mounted on the side of the machine. Completely separate from the ignition system. Plug-in relays. 45 m remote control lead supplied.
AIR CONTROL: Bleed valves can be operated independently. A one-way air valve prevents insulation from backing up into the fan.
MATERIAL CONTROL: Slide valve.
CHEMIE: 30 cu. ft. capacity, made of heavy-duty metal with heavy-duty reinforced feed paddles for even material feed.
SHREDDER: Double shredder with self-cleaning teeth. Hinged doors on both sides for easy access. The front door has a Plexiglas feed control window.
AIR CHAMBER: Rotary type, sheet steel construction (wear-resistant), 40.6 cm long, 30.5 cm diameter and 10 cm outlet (we recommend 45 m of 9 cm hose).
BLOWER: 3 L positive displacement rotary lobe blower. 6 psi, 307 ft3/min.
